Have you completed a Level 1 Freediver course or equivalent? Are you ready to further explore your depths? This course is for those who are already comfortable on the freedive line, comfortable equalising and ready to develop and refine their freediving skills to another level. This course introduces you to life as a freediver, how we can move and think to improve our physical and mental performance. You will come away feeling sleak, sexy and totally capable.

• Physiological Trauma’s

• Deep buddying & higher standard of safety procedures

• Refining your duck dive & bottom turns for efficiency

• DYN 50m

• DYNF 35m

• CWT 24m

• FIM 24m

• BO Rescue from 10m

• Buddying from 10m

Expectations for Advanced students:

• Prior reading and self study should be carried out

• An understanding of the Frenzel Equalisation Technique

• Arrive to the course healthy and ready to explore your depths

What you need to bring;

• Dive gear, 5mm suit preferred

• Water bottle, hat, sunglasses & sunscreen

• Change of warm clothes/ wind proof jacket for OW day
