Breathing Exercises

We introduce the appropriate breathing cycle that freedivers use before, during and after a dive. This includes elements of mindfulness and deep relaxation.

Static Apnea

Here students are buddying each other during their in water breath holds. As humans we can naturally hold our breath for longer once submerged in water.

Dynamic Apnea

Students implement what they have learnt with breath holding and introduce movement. Here we work on technqiue and efficiency underwater where the diver follows a shallow line, challenging how far they can go along the sea floor.

Mermaid Classes

Local kids celebrating after their mermaid course.
