BOOKING & PAYMENT
To secure your spot we require a non-refundable $500 deposit made online. One week later we require 50% of the trip cost upfront, this will be invoiced to you and made via bank transfer. Six months out we require the remaining total to finalise payment.
If you require a payment plan in order to afford the final trip cost prior to the final payment six months out, we can arrange this personally with you, get in touch.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel more than six months out:
If you cancel for any reason we can offer a refund of half the initial invoiced payment of 50% of trip cost. For example, you pay $2000 for 2nd deposit, we can refund $1000. Unfortunately we have to book all the accomodation and boat trips in advance and if we offer full refunds at this stage we get ourselves in financial trouble. We hope you understand. If you can find someone to fill your spot we will happily refund your total 2nd deposit amount, less any service fees.
Cancel within six months of trip departure:
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refund, if you can find someone to fill your spot we can offer a refund, less service fees.
Since last minute injuries, illnesses, work emergencies, natural disasters or deaths in the family unfortunately do happen, we strongly recommend to purchase travel insurance to protect you and your trip. We highly recommend purchasing a policy with the ‘cancel for any reason’ clause. With the purchase of insurance everyone involved will be protected from losses associated.
